Digital Products – No Shipping
At Aarsh Institute, we strive to offer high-quality learning experiences. Since our offerings are 100% digital, our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness.
Course Refunds Online / Live / Recorded
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only valid if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
- After 3 days or upon accessing a major portion of the course, no refunds will be issued.
- Live class refunds are only applicable if the session was cancelled by Aarsh Institute.
eBooks, Notes, and Digital Downloads
Once downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be provided for any digital product.
Webinars and Special Sessions
Non-refundable unless the session is cancelled or rescheduled by us.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
